Lovely hotel, would definitely stay again. Staff all lovely and helpful
The room was big & plenty of information about things to do in Western Super Mare area. Seating outside lovely at night all lite up. Windows can be opened wide when room was too hot
Didn’t do decaf coffee or tea in room. Could get at the bar but that cost. Breakfast was a bit pricey to me but was nice

Ideal location friendly staff good facilities.
Friendly staff and picturesque location Good size rooms
In the master suite the bathroom upstairs and very creaky stairs in the night not ideal for elderly people climbing stairs when half asleep. Also no vegan options for food.

Stop over for one night
Excellent helpful staff,, although as with alot of places a few were doing alot. Food was superb,, at a good reasonable price,, Comfy bed. Good enough stay
Moan for me as I always do,, bottled beer abit pricey,, and the coffee sachets were terrible.

Lovely stay with great hospitality!
It has an incredible garden and outdoor space in a very serene part of Somerset. It is family run, and I had lovely conversations with both Mike and Dino, father and son. It seems like there is real love put into this endeavor, and you can feel it. They were very accommodating to us, and everything was lovely, clean, and comfortable.
Room was small, but as an American, I realize I am coming from a way different perspective on hotel room size in general. Also would love for shampoo to be provided as well as soap, but as this is mostly an event space rather than a hotel, I understand.
